New Features
|
In response to numerous requests, we have added improved functionality for billing administrators and registrants:
Electronic Calendar Entries
To ensure that you do not forget about an upcoming course and in order to simplify the input of the entry into your electronic calendar, we now provide a calendar entry (.ics file) that can be downloaded by simply clicking on the appropriate link found beside each course listed in the “Pending Courses” section of your account.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware that a list comprising every course that has been selected by each member of your firm or group will appear in the “Pending Courses” section of your account. In order to avoid confusion, be sure to confirm in advance with your Billing Administrator those courses which you are scheduled for so that you do not add calendar entries for ones you are not supposed to attend.
Personal Notes Section
Each Billing Administrator will now have a section on their personal account page that can be used to record any information relevant to them, such as notes on their group, swaps to be made, and registration issues. This feature will assist in maintaining all information regarding their registration in one place for easy access and reference.
Schedule Planning Template
When dealing with larger groups, scheduling each staff member for attendance at the various courses (and possibly spread over multiple locations) can become confusing. Many Billing Administrators have taken it upon themselves to create and use templates in Excel to help them with this task. In order to make this job easier, we have created a template that can be downloaded by clicking here as well as the link on the home page. This template can be modified to suit the needs of each individual or group.
